About Access Bars® with Donna Salemink
Learn Access Bars®, the simple stress management technique that invites people to have the space they need to experience freedom from anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, exhaustion, adrenaline overload, and overwhelm.
In this day long practicum, participants will

- Watch a video demonstration of an Access Bars session with the creators of Access Consciousness, Gary Douglass and Dr Dain Heer
